What we do: Sell machine components to Nordic customers.
Business concept: We maintains competitive prices by taking the
product/component directly from the factory to the final consumer. Expensive assembly manufacturers and other intermediaries are avoided.
Customer: The customer has considering buying the component in China
because it might cut down on the cost. The customer wants competitive
prices, Swedish service and quality control.
Delivery time: In order to shorten the delivery time and reduce shipping
costs, we stock the component and then sells it to customers by
order.
Service and quality control: You deal with a Swedish company and get
all the benefits it includes. No customs papers, no negotiations with
Chinese factories and no contact with the factory manager in broken
English over a poorly covered phone line. All of this is our service offer to
you.
Sales process:
Specification: The customer submits a specification
Price: A quotation is given which includes
prototype and serial price and other necessary information.
Prototype: Prototype series where the quality of the
component can be proven.
Series: The customer purchases the component in series
through agreements. Meaning, we have on stock and delivers to customer
with call-off orders.
